How to apply
To apply for Ministerial Consent, please contact the Minister for Transport.
Fees
You may incur costs if the Minister for Transport and Power holds an enquiry under this section. The applicant for the consent must pay for any expenses incurred by the Minister to hold the inquiry. This is unless that Minister directs otherwise, with the sanction of the Minister for Finance.
The amount of the expenses is fixed by the Minister for Finance. The Minister for Transport and Power can recover it from the person with a simple contract debt in any court of competent jurisdiction.
