Certificate of Registration
What is this licence?
Certain waste activities need a Certificate of Registration. These are listed in Part II of the Third Schedule of the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Regulations 2007, (S.I. No. 821 of 2007) as amended.
It is required for any site accepting waste material such as excavated soil and stone from a renewable development site.
How to apply
You will need to contact your local authority to apply for a certificate of registration. If they decide that an Appropriate Assessment is needed for the registration application, you may make the application to the EPA.
